EMPLOYEE BENEFIT POLICY

The scheme is designed to provide Life insurance Protection for members of an institution. The cover provides a minimum of three times the annual salary of staff members should there be death.The Life Insurance Benefit is payable in the event of the death of a staff member through the company. Permanent Disability benefit provides a percentage of the life cover to the employee should he become permanently and totally disabled.

Some benefits to the employer include employee’s increasing loyalty and retention of good employees.Benefits to the employee include death benefit to employee’s family members and sense of security and belongingness.
